At Sportsmart, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your peak performance. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed successfully.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
